In 2000 Michael founded Marketing Garden in Tokyo. He grew the business to become the leading destination marketing company in Japan, Korea and China, before merging with AVIAREPS in 2007 to establish its Asian operations. Michael sets the strategic direction of AVIAREPS Asia, and is responsible for the supervision of almost 200 highly motivated sales and marketing managers across the region.
A graduate of Harvard Business School, Michael grew up in no less than seven countries across Europe and the Middle East and is a born nomad.
Robert is responsible for developing and leading AVIAREPS’ offices across Russia, CIS, Central and South Asia. Under his stewardship the Russian office has become one of the top performing subsidiaries in the Group and the true market leader in the region.
An accomplished pilot, Robert is trained in flight aerobatics, and in his spare time takes part in national competitions in his Extra 330LX aircraft.
